SJMA's annual golf tournament is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 15 with a shotgun start at Los Lagos Golf Course.

Form your own foursome or send in your registration form and you'll be teamed up with someone who is lots of fun. The registration fee includes green fee, cart, prizes, box lunch and giveaways.


The cost is $60 per SJMA member with no voucher, $10 per SJMA member with voucher, and $75 per non-SJMA member. 


Deadline for registration is Friday, September 8.

Only PAID registrations will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
